Tester assets are delivered using signed, expiring links.

1. Admin generates a tester link per asset.
2. Token is validated (signature + expiry + revocation + optional one-time use).
3. The API logs IP + timestamp.
4. The API redirects to a short-lived MinIO presigned URL.
